If your order is returned due to our negligence we will re-ship your order out again at our expense. If your order is returned due to Loss of Packages or you being moved to another facility you have two options: 1. Write us and let us know when it is safe to re-ship your package and send a $10.00 re-shipping fee. 2. Write and request a refund for the order less shipping charges if applicable. If we do not receive a response from you within 2 weeks of receiving your return we will refund your money automatically. If you initially received Free Shipping that is a One-Time Courtesy it does not apply to orders that have to be re-shipped.
We try our best to ship your merchandise out within a timely fashion. If you want order confirmation please provide an email address and you will receive an email confirmation from UPS with the status of your order.
